Paul Grady

Founder and CEO

Paul Grady, B.A., brings innovation and disruptive change to the clinical trials landscape. Combining 30+ years’ experience in all aspects of clinical research technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and background as a web developer and database architect, Paul provides valuable insights and a unique perspective on the challenges of clinical trials. He started and successfully exited four other clinical technology companies: Summit Medical Systems; Acumen Healthcare Solutions LLC; Clinsights, Inc.; and MedNet Solutions, Inc.

Jeff Rogers

President

Jeff Rogers leads and optimizes CDS’ business to meet the industry’s evolving technology requirements and drive new growth. He directly supports the ongoing development and introduction of CDS’ TrialKit platform that is being used today by sponsors and CROs to manage thousands of clinical trials around the world. With 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at multiple clinical technology companies, he has been instrumental in developing and promoting technology solutions that help life sciences companies become more efficient, reduce costs, and get new drugs to market faster.

Kevin Grady

CFO

Kevin Grady, B.S., provides CDS with finance, sales, and corporate guidance. His history with CDS also includes several equity investments beginning in September 2013, and he currently serves as a Board member. Prior to his retirement from Gavilon LLC in June 2016, he was a member of the senior management team that led the corporate carve-out of ConAgra Trade Group (renamed Gavilon LLC) from ConAgra Foods in 2008. His professional experience includes commodities trading specializing in energy and agricultural financial derivatives.

Melchizedek Mauleon

CTO

At CDS, Melchizedek Mauleon, B.S., contributes to the vision of making the TrialKit platform the most technologically advanced on the market. By managing all IT-related matters at CDS, he ensures optimal software function. His 20 years of information technology (IT) experience, including 12 years in the medical research industry, combines positions in software programming, system integration, system, database, and network administration.

David Levin

Chief Marketing Officer

David Levin, B.S., MBA, drives organizational strategy and vision and leads go-to-market initiatives for Crucial Data Solutions. As a 2x CEO and executive at multiple startups, he has developed a strong track record over 25 years as a leader in building digital health companies. Throughout his career, he has advocated a team-first approach in driving both organic and acquisitive growth, while resolving complex issues spanning many operational areas.

Brian Dufresne

SVP Business Development

Brian Dufresne, B.S., brings over 25 years of sales and leadership experience, the majority of which have been in start-up and emerging growth technology companies.  He has spent his whole career in life sciences and has a passion for getting essential medications and treatments to patients faster by helping life sciences companies leverage innovative, scalable technologies to reduce time, cost, and risk.  In his role, Brian is responsible for building out the commercial team to support the company’s continued growth.

Cody Wilke

VP Product Management
Cody Wilke, B.A.S., has a dedicated interest in technology and software and how they can be leveraged to meet user needs and experiences. As an integral part of day-to-day operations, Cody manages the development of Crucial Data Solutions products and supports customer success. He contributes foundational knowledge of the requirements for clinical sites to facilitate and streamline data collection, based on his early experiences in clinical research as a study coordinator.

Paul Fadden

Director of Client and Mobile Services
Paul Fadden, B.S., leverages his 20+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical and medical device research and development in his role at CDS, delivering quality services, technology, and support to 1,000+ CDS clients worldwide. Historically, he has helped companies with clinical trial conduct and to achieve organizational goals. He has also assembled several client services departments from the ground up.

Susan Hale

Director of Customer Success

Susan Hale, BS, MBA heads our customer success program to ensure clients have a good experience and understand the system and tools. Susan encourages collaboration and engagement with customers in design ideas, enhancements, and assistance with TrialKit. Susan had the opportunity to work with the team at Crucial Data Solutions in its early development stages. and in her role actively participates in the ongoing development of CDS’ TrialKit platform. Her clinical trial experience spans across many functional areas, including data management, clinical / stats programming, IT, IWRS and IP management, Clinical Operations, and consulting in her 30+ years in the industry.

Carley Nolan

Director of Marketing
Carley Nolan, B.A., B.S., oversees all CDS marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, branding, and advertising. With her eye for detail and big-picture perspective, she is a natural fit for this role. Carley’s primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness to help drive business results. An adept researcher, she also keeps abreast of industry trends and challenges and provides business intelligence to the company.

Riley Rogers

Operations Analyst

Riley Rogers brings more than three years of clinical trial experience to CDS with a proven track record supporting clinical processes and technology used by clinical operations, data management, and project management professionals working for sponsors and CROs. Through her practical, hands-on experience working in clinical trials, Riley understands the clinical process and is proficient at recommending appropriate methods and technologies to allow study teams to efficiently collect, measure, and manage the clinical development lifecycle using CDS’ TrialKit platform. Riley also plays a key role supporting CDS’ internal systems and processes, including its Quality Management System (QMS) for which she helps develop and maintain CDS’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provides training of internal staff in a highly regulated environment.

Eric Kaye

Senior Technical Lead

Eric Kaye, B.S. in Computer Science, has over 25 years of experience working with systems to aid in the collection and reporting of clinical trial/registry data. His strong background in software development and extensive knowledge of clinical studies helps CDS facilitate the delivery of innovative technology solutions to its customers. Eric plays a key role in the product development and technical support of CDS’ TrialKit platform.

Stephanie Mocerino

Account Executive

Stephanie Mocerino brings over eight years of sales experience to CDS, the majority of which have been in the healthcare field working for pharmaceutical companies of all sizes. She has a passion for helping others and getting medications and treatments to patients faster. She is excited to be a part of CDS and to help clients make running their trials easier and more affordable.
