Our TrialKit platform has been designed to support the typical data collection and study management needs of most clinical trials. The “Add-on Modules” include features and functionality that may be added to the base platform to support more complex needs or advanced technology requirements, including, but not limited to, wearable device integration or virtual trials. Some of these items are also available for individual purchase as standalone functionality.* The platform may also be configured for enterprise-wide application or for a larger volume of studies. *Requires 3 concurrent studies using the CDS TrialKit platform, an Enterprise Partner Agreement, and access by CDS to your anticipated pipeline (e.g., study volume, phases, and duration; total sites; total patients)
Training
- Our instructor-led, web-based, train-the-trainer course and access to our extensive library of online, self-service training tools are provided with all subscription levels.
- Additional training, including ad-hoc and on-site training, is also available upon request.
Technical Support
- Access to our online support is provided with all subscription levels, while live technical support is available with only some subscription levels.
- Client Admin users provide all first-level end-user support and act as the sole point of contact (POC) with CDS when escalation is required.
