TrialKit Third Quarter 2021 Updates
July, August, and September passed by quickly as the development team at CDS was hard at work delivering an assortment of enhancements to the TrialKit platform. TrialKit’s mobile and web environments received updates to incorporate user feedback and further improve the user experience for both researchers and study participants. Among this quarter’s many updates, there was a focus on the platform’s importing/exporting and reporting capabilities.

Inventory Tracking
Added inventory popup window to multi-select fields for site’s quick reference

Enhanced PDF Export
Export submission-ready PDFs and enjoy improved PDF exports from the Subject Manager

Batch Imports
Import ePRO participants in batches

Expanded Reporting Variables
Added variables to report builder

Randomization Changes
Study administrators may now un-allocate randomized patients

Update to Unscheduled Visits
Added support for conditional hiding forms in unscheduled visits

New Exportable Report
Version difference audit report is now exportable

Multilingual Capabilities
Patient portal now supports targeted multi-language forms

Batch Exports
Improved the file repository for batch exporting files

Expanded Participant Access
Participants can now be given access to past entered records based on study configuration

Copy/Paste in Mobile App
Improved copy and paste of conditional actions in the form builder across fields and forms

New eDiary Report
Added an eDiary report for seeing which diary a record is part of, or re-assigning past records to new diaries

Updated View for Participants
Participant’s casebook screen now defaults to the whole visit grid rather than one visit at a time

New Form Building Field
Now add spacing to forms by using a blank image label

Public Registry Access
Added option for public registry participant sign-up
